Don't eat at your desk- especially if you are watching your weight. According to a recent study that looked at health and the number of meals eaten away from home, workers who regularly eat at their desks or in the company canteen are more likely to be obese.They also tend to have lower vitamin levels and very high cholesterol, the study reports.
