World Cancer Research Fund has conducted the world's largest study into surviving breast cancer, involving more than 165,00 women around the world. The focus was on lifestyle changes that boost the odds of surviving breast cancer.
Foods to eat daily that will help combat breast cancer include whole foods, vegetables (80% of diet), and fruit (20% of diet). Eliminate all processed meats like sausages and bacon. Also, avoid high saturated fats and sugar.
