Must-Try Alkalizing Recipes for Lunch!

One of the most common issues I hear from new clients is what to eat for lunch and dinner. Most people have to eat out during their lunch break or grab a quick bite on their way home from work. On top of that, eating out 5 times a week can become expensive when the average fast food meal is between $8.00-$15.00. Following the recipe below will not only save you more, but alkaline your body.

Fiesta Rice Bowls:
1 ½ cup uncooked brown rice
1 tsp pink salt
2 cups cooked organic black beans
½ tsp ground cumin
1 large avocado, peeled, seeded
2 med tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
2 green onions, chopped

1) Cook rice according to package
2) Warm beans, stir in ground cumin
3) Cut avocado into cubes and combine tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, onions,  and pink salt into bowl, add warm rice, beans, and salsa
