Improve Memory and Improve Mental Aging

Did you forget where you put your keys...again?  Well, researchers have recently identified a list of powerful vitamins that can minimize the effects of mental aging.   The list included vitamin C, beta-carotene, lycopene, vitamin E, and coenzyme 10.  Researchers have found that these vitamins were lower in Alzeheimer's patients, specifically vitamin C and beta-carotene.
