An Ounce of "Prevent"...

natural remedies, homeopathic medicine
An ounce of "prevent" is worth a pound of cure.  You may have heard this ancient English proverb as "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."  As a naturopathic doctor, I feel that it is better to be proactive and prevent illness rather than be reactive and practice prevention to keep an impending illness from returning.  Let's stop sickness before you need a cure.
