Bone broth recipe
Cook whole organic chicken in the crockpot over night
remove the meat and skin, but leave the bones
Add turmeric , celery, carrots, ginger root, onion, pink salt, parsley too taste 
cook for another 8 hours
Drink the broth

*1 Tbsp. olive oil
*3 carrots, sliced or dices
*1 medium or large onion, chopped
*2 stalks celery, diced  
*6 cups vegetable or chicken stock or 6 cups water and 6 tsp. powdered bouillon
*1 bay leaf
*28-oz. can tomatoes with juice
*1/3 cup whole barley
*16-oz. can kidney beans, undrained 
*1 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces

In a 6-qt pot, sauté onion, celery, carrot, and garlic in olive oil until browned. Add stock, tomatoes, barley, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and cover, reducing heat to simmer for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in kidney beans and green beans and simmer for 5-10 minutes more until all vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.

A Woman's Best Diet
Eating large amounts of cruciferous vegetables (such as broccoli and cauliflower), soy (including tofu), and cassava (also called yucca) may interfere with iodine absorption. Seafood's are the richest natural sources of iodine.

Sensitive Skin
Oatmeal mask. Mix together 2 Tbsb ground oatmeal, 3 Tbsb water, and 1 Tbsb virgin coconut oil. Allow oats to absorb fluid before applying. Wash and pat dry.

Slippery Elm
Take 3 tabs and dissolve them in your mouth to prevent increase mucus and drainage. Take 2-3 times day until condition resolves its self.
Anti-Inflammatory Tea
1 capsule of ginger, 1 tablespoon of tumeric, pinch of cayenne pepper, and mix in 1 cup of hot water.  Drink daily.
To help increase your circulation and immunity defenses, eat one clove of fresh garlic each day.
If you have a mild case of constipation, you can use this remedy to get results.

Prepare equal amounts of fresh apple and pear juice. Drink this combination when you first wake up and one hour before bedtime.

If the pear is ripe, it is best to blend it whole with apple juice to create a thick drink. Using the whole pear will give you additional fiber. Be sure to remove the seeds. Pears have minerals and vitamins that help to cleanse the colon, kidney and assist in regenerating blood cells.
Intestinal Stress
If you are experiencing intestinal stress, try this inexpensive antibacterial and antifungal herbal remedy: 1 clove of garlic,  1 Tbsp of oregano,  1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin olive oil, stir and ingest.    
Rosemary is very good at keeping blood vessels open and dilated.  Use just 1 teaspoon per cup of hot water, cover, and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the rosemary from the water and sip a cup three times daily.
Herbs can be helpful in relieving digestive discomfort.  Try tumeric to help food move smoothly through your system and avoid acid buildup.  You can either cook with it or take two to three tablets (1/2 to 1g) before you eat.
Sinus Pressure
Time for thyme!  Thyme is traditionally good for respiratory problems.  It is a strong antiseptic that is a warm, drying herb.  If your nasal discharge is clear or white, drink a cup of thyme by steeping 1 to 2 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water for approximately 10 minutes.  Drink 3 times a day for optimum results.
